NICNotifier

The NICNotifier component can be used to capture Connect/Disconnect notification events from a NIC card on your system. For instance, if someone pulls out the cable from the NIC card a Disconnect notification event will occur. Similarly, if you reconnect the cable a Connect notification event will occur. Note: This component works only on Windows 2K.
