In theory, replication is a fantastic piece of functionality in Microsoft SQL Server. But in reality, it can lead to a database administrator's nightmare. Data conflicts are a common occurrence and require constant attention. SSW TotalCompare is a tool that we have created to resolve data conflicts with SQL Server Replication. SQL Server Replication's main problem is that data is not kept in sync between the publisher and its subscribers.
