The PingUtil component encapsulates the basic functionality of the two commonly used Network utility programs known as 'Ping' and 'Trace Route'. This component will enable a developer to add Ping and Trace Route functionality to their application within a few minutes. Since this is a non-visual component the developer is free to design the interface as necessary or not at all if that's what is needed.
