The TTS component is a Text-To-Speech component based on the Microsoft Speech SDK that will allow you to have any text message be spoken with the Speech Engine of your choice. Microsoft has provided various Speech Engines that you will need to install which are provided on our download page. This component will enable a developer to easily add Text-To-Speech functionality to their application in minutes.
